Free tools and snapshots

Our free tools, including the Free Google Review Tool, the therapist SEO checklist and free SEO snapshots, are provided free of charge and "as is". Results rely on third-party data, such as Google's, that can be incomplete, delayed or change at any time.

A free snapshot is an informal review to help you decide on next steps. It doesn't create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.

No guaranteed results

Search rankings, AI search visibility, traffic and enquiries depend on many things outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition and your website. Examples, illustrations, timelines and testimonials on this site show what's possible. They aren't a promise of specific results, and individual results vary.

Prices shown on this site are a guide and may change. Nothing on the site is an offer we're bound to accept. When you engage us, the scope, fees, payment terms and notice periods will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement, which will apply to that work instead of these terms.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logo, graphics and code of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use and share links to them. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
